OTHER IDEAS
Summerhill has created the ultimate fondu kit for you to take home! It is a both a savory and sweet fondu as it includes a cheese fondu and a chocolate fondu, and of course some sparkling wine. What better way to celebrate NYE than with some tasty fondu?! Check it out here!
- Charcuterie and wine at home
As you guys know, charcuterie boards have become insanely popular! Hence while I highlighted them this last month for ‘For the Gram Restaurant Reviews’. Buy some fancy cheeses and meats and throw yourself together a board! If you need some inspo, check out my blog post here.
- Bonfire
A lot of people suggested this to me on my Instagram! Bundling up and going outside with your loved one to roast some marshmallows is a great yet safe way to celebrate!
- Dress up at home!
Just because we can’t go out to a fancy NYE party, doesn’t mean you can’t dress up! Put on your best attire, make a festive dinner, and have a dance party!
- Make some festive cocktails
A lot of restaurants will come up with festive cocktails for NYE, but they’re also like $14! Lol. Pull up a recipe and make one at home! It’s inexpensive and guess what, they’re bottomless 😉
- Virtual countdown!
Host a virtual get together if you’re not going out! Round up all your friends and family and countdown together on Zoom!
Wow! So many ideas. Remember, a lot of these restaurants have deadlines for ordering so make sure you check them out ASAP. Also, reservations are required or recommended if you choose to go out. If I find out any more ideas, I will be continually adding them to this blog!
There are so many fun and creative ways to mark the end of 2020! Despite COVID, let loose and create some new traditions! But do it in a safe manner 🙂
