10 of the Best Patios in Kelowna

One of my favourite summertime activities is to enjoy good drinks and food on a patio! There is just something so great about eating and drinking in the fresh air and sunshine.

If you’re like me, you’re in luck! Kelowna has so many great patios, ranging from breweries, wineries, to restaurants. With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming which is why I want to share some of my favourites with you.

10 of the Best Patios in Kelowna

CRAFT

CRAFT is located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This is one of the largest patios in the area, plus it displays a gorgeous panoramic view of Lake Okanagan. They also have fun slushy drinks like a Fraperol Spritz or a Beach N’ Soda, which pair perfectly with sunshine.

Oak + Cru

Oak + Cru is located in the Delta Grand Hotel downtown. It’s located waterfront, but on the lagoon side of downtown so the atmosphere is a bit quainter. I would recommend this spot for a business meeting or a first date, as it’s lively, but not overwhelming. Check out my reel of Oak + Cru here.

Earls on Top

One of Kelowna’s original outdoor restaurant patios, yet they often have waitlists due to their major popularity. Located on the roof top of Earls, you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the lake and all activity below.

Hotel Eldorado

The boardwalk dining at the Eldorado is a lovely place to enjoy lakeside dining and a marina in one. The Eldorado is away from Downtown Kelowna so it gives a refreshing break from the downtown night life. I highly recommend boating up to the Eldorado Marina and dining lakeside! Angel Share @ Crown & Thieves

Visiting this restaurant is like stepping into a fairytale! The winery looks like a castle straight from Beauty and the Beast and the views from the rooftop patio do not disappoint either. Checkout my reel featuring this unique location here.

19 Okanagan Grill + Bar

19 Okanagan’s patio is unique because it overlooks Two Eagles Golf Course. Whether you’ve just finished a round of golf or just wanting to try out something new, this patio offers both good food and views. You can check out my reel of 19 Okanagan here.

Old Vines Restaurant at Quail’s Gate

The Old Vines patio is an elegant and charming option in West Kelowna. You can sip on award winning wine while looking out over the vineyard and Okanagan Lake.

Red Bird Brewing

Red Bird is a micorbrewery in Downtown Kelowna. Their patio is a fun and low-key place to enjoy quality pizza and beer. They also often host live music in their outdoor space which adds to the experience. Check out the reel I made featuring this brewery here.

King Taps

King Taps is newer to Kelowna and is in the location where the iconic Roses used to be! It has a two-level patio that overlooks Okanagan Lake and the space gives comfy cabana vibes. Alongside a great food menu, they have a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to choose from. You can check out my reel here.

Terrace Restaurant at Mission Hill Winery
