Ever since Mason and I first started dating, we have always LOVED going out for brunch. It is the perfect meal after a late night out or when we have a packed day of events. We are always on the look-out for new spots to find unique twists on brunch recipes. Luckily for us, Kelowna has a very impressive brunch scene, with some classic favourite spots and some up and coming restaurants.

Classic Favourite Spots

White Spot

White Spot is not just any ordinary chain restaurant; they have earned their place on this prestigious list for a reason – their exceptional benny! While many establishments boast delicious eggs benedict, White Spot remains one of my all-time favorites. With each visit, I am greeted by the familiar and comforting flavors that have remained consistent over the years. And don’t even get me started on those endless smashbrowns! As a loyal customer who has frequented White Spot for years, I can confidently say that each visit provides a dining experience full of warmth and familiarity. The Jammery

The Jammery, a beloved brunch spot in Kelowna, has been delighting locals and visitors alike for years! While it may require a short drive to reach their Lake Country location, it is undoubtedly worth it. However, for those looking to not venture too far, The Jammery has thoughtfully opened a second location in town introducing a slightly different menu! The Jammery takes pride in crafting their own homemade jams and spreads. They are best known for their comfort breakfast and lunch options. The Bohemian Cafe

The Boh, a beloved Kelowna classic, never fails to impress with its charming ambiance and delectable menu. Whenever I visit this delightful establishment, my taste buds are immediately drawn to their huevos rancheros dish – a mouthwatering combination of perfectly fried eggs, smothered in zesty salsa and nestled atop a bed of warm tortillas. Krafty

If you’re in for a remarkable brunch experience, look no further than Krafty. This trendy spot not only serves up delicious brunch options all week long, but their weekend hip hop brunch is an absolute must-try! As soon as you step inside Krafty, your ears will be greeted by infectious hip hop beats that set the perfect mood for a fun-filled morning. Their menu boasts an array of vegan choices that are both satisfying and flavorful – truly catering to diverse palates. Oh, and let’s not forget about their mimosa pitchers that they serve up with finesse!

OEB

I absolutely adore OEB because their eggs are simply divine! What sets them apart is that they use their own flax fed free-run eggs, ensuring unparalleled freshness with every bite. The yolks are a mesmerizing shade of deep amber, bursting with flavor and richness. I always indulge in their mimosa flights, where you can sample an array of delightful combinations. And as a health-conscious individual, I appreciate that they serve organic orange juice. It’s truly refreshing to find a restaurant like OEB that continuously pushes culinary boundaries and offers such innovative dishes for breakfast enthusiasts like myself. Diner Deluxe

I love Diner Deluxe for their various breakfast bowls! Their vibrant and eclectic decor gives the place a lively atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. As soon as you step inside, your eyes are met with an array of options on their menu, perfectly suited for any craving – from fluffy pancakes to mouthwatering chicken + waffles. The best part? The diner is conveniently located right across from the beach!

Must try item: Ogo Sun Bowl

Oak + Cru

​​Oak + Cru recently came out with a new breakfast menu, and let me tell you, it is absolutely delightful! Some of the highlights are their mouthwatering Florentine Eggs Benny and Oak + Cru Breakfast Sandwich. But wait, there’s more! On weekends, they offer an indulgent breakfast buffet where you can feast on an array of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. All this can be enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of their lagoon patio!
