The Best Brunch Spots in Kelowna

This blog post is for the brunch aficionados, as I share the best brunch spots in Kelowna and some must-try items!

Brunch is the perfect go-to, whether it is after a late night or before a full day of plans. I am always on the hunt for new spots and creative takes on classic dishes, and luckily, Kelowna’s brunch scene does not disappoint. From longtime favourites to newer spots worth trying, there is no shortage of great options!

The Best Brunch Spots in Kelowna

Porter’s is a good spot when you want brunch to feel a bit more special than your usual weekend go-to. The menu is a step up, with really solid dishes and cocktails that are worth ordering. It is a nice place to sit back a little longer, especially if you are meeting up with friends. It is also right near the Landmark District Farmers Market, so it is easy to make a stop there if you are already in the area.

Must try item: Korean Pork Belly Breakfast Bowl

The Cozy Cafe & Bar is a relaxed brunch and coffee spot with locations in both downtown Kelowna and West Kelowna, making it an easy stop on either side of the bridge. It has a casual neighbourhood feel with friendly service, good prices, and consistently solid food. Their sweet breakfast options are especially popular, often topped with fresh fruit. Sunny’s Modern Diner, located in downtown Kelowna, offers a fresh, modern twist on the classic diner experience. The menu is simple but well done, with all the comfort brunch staples you would expect, done really well. It is an easy go-to when you want something familiar but still a bit elevated. White Spot

White Spot is not just any ordinary chain restaurant; they have earned their place on this prestigious list for a reason – their exceptional benny! While many establishments boast delicious eggs Benedict, White Spot remains one of my all-time favourites. With each visit, I am greeted by the familiar and comforting flavours that have remained consistent over the years. And don’t even get me started on those endless smashbrowns! As a loyal customer who has frequented White Spot for years, I can confidently say that each visit provides a dining experience full of warmth and familiarity. The Jammery

The Jammery is a beloved brunch spot in Kelowna that has been delighting locals and visitors for years. With two locations, one in Lake Country and one in Kelowna, it is an easy go-to no matter where you are. They are known for their homemade jams and spreads, along with comforting breakfast and lunch options that always hit. The Bohemian Cafe

The Boh is a longtime Kelowna favourite and a go-to for a reliable brunch. Their huevos rancheros are my usual order, with fried eggs, fresh salsa, and warm tortillas done right. Check out my reel featuring The Boh, here.

Central Kitchen + Bar is a solid downtown brunch option with a menu that covers all the bases. It is a great spot for a casual weekend brunch with friends or a relaxed start to the day in the city. The overall menu is reliable and well-executed. It is also a great place if you want a good drink alongside your meal, with plenty of brunch-friendly cocktail options.

Must try item: Truffle Mushroom & Brie Benny

OEB Breakfast Co.

OEB is one of those places that just does things differently. Everything feels thoughtfully done, with rich, flavourful dishes throughout the menu. One standout for me is their herb potatoes, which are fried in beef tallow and SO flavourful. I also love their mimosa flights, where you can try a mix of different flavours. Diner Deluxe

I love Diner Deluxe for its various breakfast bowls! Their vibrant, eclectic decor creates a lively atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. As soon as you step inside, your eyes are met with an array of options on their menu, perfectly suited for any craving – from fluffy pancakes to mouthwatering chicken + waffles. The best part? Oak + Cru

Oak + Cru continues to be a solid brunch spot in Kelowna, especially for a relaxed weekend meal. Their Florentine Eggs Benny and Oak + Cru Breakfast Sandwich are both reliable favourites that keep people coming back. On weekends, their breakfast buffet is honestly a standout. They really go all out with a generous spread of locally inspired dishes and a ton of variety that makes it feel more like an experience than a typical brunch. It is a great option if you are looking for a slower, easy morning, especially with a seat on their lagoon patio.

Hotel Eldorado Sunday Brunch

The Hotel Eldorado Sunday Brunch is one of those Kelowna experiences that feels a bit more special and worth planning for. It is a full lakeside buffet that really goes all out, with an impressive spread that includes fresh seafood, carved meats, eggs benny, pastries, and a rotating selection of seasonal dishes. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, more like an experience than a typical brunch. It is a great option if you want a slow, indulgent morning by the lake with beautiful views and a relaxed pace.
