Okanagan Lake is just one of the many gems that the Okanagan has to offer, spanning from Vernon to Penticton. While there are many great things to do all along Okanagan Lake, this blog post is going to focus specifically on the Kelowna area. Okanagan Lake is a great place to enjoy on a hot summer day, whether to relax with friends or to have some fun. I wanted to create a resource for you to refer to so you can experience all that Okanagan Lake has to offer, which is why I have created My Guide to Okanagan Lake – Kelowna Edition.

Lakeside Dining

  • Oak + Cru is located in the Delta Grand Hotel downtown. It’s located waterfront, but on the lagoon side of downtown so the atmosphere is a bit quaint. Check out my reel of their patio here.
  • The boardwalk dining at Hotel Eldorado is a lovely place to enjoy lakeside dining and a marina in one. I highly recommend boating up to the Eldorado Marina and dining lakeside! Check out my reel featuring the Eldorado here.
  • Enjoy casual fine dining lakeside at Cactus Club, a Kelowna staple!
  • Located on downtown Kelowna’s vibrant waterfront and offering two levels of indoor and outdoor Lake Okanagan views, King Taps is known for its energetic vibe, delicious pizza and over 50 beer taps.
  • Boat to Frind Winery, a beachfront winery! You can park your boat on their dock and enjoy a wine tasting.
